What do I have to do to hear or see a file?

First you must double - click on the link

What should happen when I click on the file link I want to see or hear?

As soon as you double - click on the link, after a few seconds the Real Audio Player 8 should open up with the message "connecting" then "Buffering 1(or more ) seconds" then "20.7Kbps" and a timer and you should begin to hear the audio content immediately. You can then use the buttons on the top of the player to pause, stop and even rewind or fast forward the file. Keep in mind that every time you rewind or fast forward the player will have to re-buffer again.

When I click on the link nothing happens or I get an error message, why?

One probable cause is that the player not installed, download Real Audio player8 basic

Also, your server or Internet network may be experiencing congestion because of much traffic, wait a few minutes and try again, or come back in another time when there is less traffic.

I click on the link and the player appears but takes a long time to buffer or when the file finally starts it stops often?

To be able to hear the file non stop you must have a fast enough Internet connection. At least 56kbps connection to support non stop audio. The best audio and video quality can be achieved with a  "wide band" 128kbps or faster Internet connection  such as "dsl", cable or other "wide band" Internet connections.

Also, your server or Internet network may be experiencing congestion because of much traffic, wait a few minutes and try again, or come back in another time when there is less traffic.

I can hear the audio perfectly but I don't see any video images Why?

The file only contains audio encoded material

I can hear the audio and see an image, but the video is either "jumpy" or looks like a slow slide show. Why?

As in the above questions, remember, the best audio and video quality can be achieved with a  "wide band" 128kbps or faster Internet connection  such as "dsl", cable or other "wide band" Internet connections.

Another reason could be that your server or Internet network may be experiencing congestion because of much traffic, wait a few minutes and try again, or come back in another time when there is less traffic.

I have a very poor Internet connection, the file stops for a long time and plays for a short time and rebuffers continually, is there any way to be able to listen to the file?

To be able to hear the file non stop without a fast Internet connection, you must first download the entire file onto your computer disk then play it back directly from your disk by double-clicking the file. If you need to download the file please send us an email at peniel@infovia.com.ar   requesting the specific file, and language in which you need it in (English, Spanish or Chinese) and we will email you the direct download link.
